I booked a cab a day in advance from my home to New Delhi Railway Station, pickup time 5: 45 am. I got a mail of confirmation and then called at the call center to be entirely sure. Next day just 30 mins prior to the booking time I called up to know the status, the told me that it will be there on time. At 5.50 they told me to wait for just 5-10 mins. After waiting for 20 mins I again called and they tell me that my cab is diverted to another route because my phone was "unreachable" at 5.45 am.
