Hi. I was under the impression that Mega Cabs was a good cab service provider, however a recent experience changed my perception. I had booked a cab(booking no: CB44365) & they had confirmed that the cab would reach my house for pickup by 8:30 PM.
However at 8 PM, the guy called up & apologized that there is no cab available due to rainfall. This was absolutely unprofessional & unexpected. Thankfully auto rickshaws were available & we were able to reach the destination in time. But honestly, I had never expected this from these guys & it was really dissapointing. I think, it would be advisable to keep a backup plan ready if you are planning to get a cab from these guys.
