What the Fock?. Review on Meet The Fockers Movie

I was surprised that Meet the parents was a hit. So when I heard that Meet the Fockers was in the pipeline in the wake of the questionable success of its predecessor, I hoped and prayed that it would die of Sequel-itis which is the industry norm.

But hey! Long Live America! The world's most powerful mediocrity which stood up in unison to cheer this nasty movie. And the world followed suit. I am sorry I digress into my opinion of world politics.

Back to business...To think that two of Hollywood's best actors actively participated in this unhealthy enterprise makes me wanna puke. Oh and by the way, I meant Dustin Hoffman and Robert De Niro, not the cat and the dog...

The humour is gross, physical and vulgar. The kind that I had no problem with back when I was in college. But to ask me to pay for it and sit through the insults is asking for too much indeed.

If you really want to know what you are getting into by going to this movie, read on. If you are turned off already...Mission accomplished!

So you are still here...Ah great! So you do want to know what this movie is about. Ok Ben Stiller, having won an entry into the ''Circle of Trust'' plans a meeting between the family of his fiancee and the aptly named ''Fockers''

What ensues is contrived toilet humour. Yes I have proof for this. There is a scene where an afore mentioned dog gets flushed down a toilet by an afore mentioned cat. Yes this is supposed to be funny.

Then the part I hated most about the film. The baby that was made to make some of the worst suggestive gestures and mouth filth that I learnt in college! Hello! Is nobody bothered by this? Talk about all the ''No animals were harmed during the making of this film'' notices? What about the actors and more importantly the audience?

I came away with just one question...''What the FOCK!!!''
