Last year, I ordered a few things MedsPlusBeauty from Chandigarh. Not hearing from them after a long time I call up and I was informed that my PIN code in Chandigarh is not serviced. The customer care guy with a heavy south Indian accent was not aware where Chandigarh is. Which part of India? Whether it is city or state or country.
A few days earlier I ordered a few things from them again, this time from Pune. A few days later, this is the answer I got from them:
"Regarding your order MBT126, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, we are sorry to say that we are unable to ship your order due to overweight and high courier charges. So order gets cancelled and the amount gets refunded. Please confirm us by call or mail so that we can start the refund process."
Can't their software calculate weight of the cosmetics while taking the order? It took them a week to realize that.
High courier charges? Great! Poor people.
