They will find one reason or the other to deny your claims. I have never seen more incompetent and vicious health insurance company like them. Don’t be misguided by their name "Anand", they will make you Dukhi instead.


It took them 3 months to enroll my wife’s name. And when I managed to get her name enrolled, and applied for claims, the first objection they had was there is discrepancy in her name/age.


They are so incompetent that they don’t even see the date the hospitalization took place and her actual date of birth. Their customer service representative are so incompetent that they would not crosscheck her date of hospitalization and date of birth.


When I pointed that out, ouh there is no discrepancy. Are you f"king serious? I asked for the floor supervisor to talk to. The rep would never ever connect me. I told him I got whole day and I will wait. That’s when they connected to supposedly a supervisor.


Since they don’t want to process the claim, they found another excuse that this was an OPD case and not a hospitalization. I pointed them the bed charge in the bill. But to no avail. When the health insurance company is hell -bent on denying your claims, they will find one reason or the another to deny your claims.


Next I asked to be removed me from the policy. They were quick at responding to it though. Look at their irony.


They are the worse villains, fraudsters, and will find every excuse to deny you your claims.
