Tpa has got 0/100. Its a nightmare to work with mediassistindia ever again in my life. Worst and worst of its kind.
Very irresponsible and reckless responses when communicating with customer or patient, lots of hidden agenda, horrible customer service desk personnel, you cant get a worse tpa in lifetime. I regret and repent my association with the tpa.
