I did a medi claim in my company. Medi Assist is TPA.
I could not get the claim for my injury and everytime they fool me with their policy.
Never go for this medical insurance. You will soon lose the faith in insurance.
I also suggest that any company who is offering this insurance to employees will soon bring their reputation down.
This is the worst medi claim. I will request everyone to read this review and avoid this company.
I do not have time otherwise I could have pulled this case to public. There is no one listening to your query and once they decide to reject the claim its final so its useless to have the insurrance with medi assist.
