We went to Medanta hospital Gurgaon on 19 Nov 2019 for my father who was suffering from severe cough, fever and breathing shortness to an emergency, the whole day they kept my father in an emergency then they shifted him to ICU 8 under Dr. Aanand Jaiswal team pulmonologist.
There they have started treatment with many blood tests, blood culture, X rays, etc. They said lung condition bad, pneumonia was there as per them, 21 Nov night they said we will have to put a patient on a ventilator as he's unable to breathe properly, bp got low and his condition was not good. They did CT scan was also showing pneumonia, 26 Nov late night they call us n said patient is very serious because CO2 level got very high and only 30% chance of survival, they call all family members and meet because no hope of survival, after some time they told us CO2 is getting low. The patient is ok. Same Day evening they told the same thing ki "CO2 badh raha h", again we can't say anything. Again it got controlled.
After that, they did tracheostomy 27 Nov as a ventilator was required for a long period. They kept making excuses and prolonged the stay in ICU 8. Kabhi koi bacteria, Kabhi no low, they kept making excuse just to make money of ICU and Ventilator. Finally, Dr. Anand Jaiswal's team asked us to bring the Patient home but we shifted him in the ward for 3 days but again there too they kept asking us "Ghar le jao".
16 Dec 2019 We discharged him n brought home with a trichotomy. After two days he got fever on 19 Dec and we took him Medanta hospital again doctors checked him took x-rays blood test we asked doctor to admit him but they denied and said x-ray better, "fever ke liye injection de diya" and keeping him whole day they discharged him .. we requested him to admit him but they didn't.
21 Dec again he got a fever and got bp low, by the EOD saturation level got low and we had to rush to Medanta by ambulance. They put him on a ventilator and did some blood tests, x-ray etc all were not ok. 22 Dec morning they Shifted him to ICU 10 under Deepak Govil, ICU doctors told us the patient is critical while shifting.
If he got serious on 21 Dec why they didn't admit him on 19 Dec on our request. If they would have admitted him on 19 Dec he didn't deteryoed more in two days. After shifted in ICU 10 he never got better, ventilator, CPAP, BiPAP they just kept playing and just prolonging his life for the sake of money. My father was unable to speak due to tracheostomy in the throat, we requested doctor to put a speaking valve in tracheostomy so that he can speak little bit and convey his message but they denied to do that, he just kept writing notes when he needs to say something and requested us to bring him home asap. I requested(haath jodkar)doctor pls discharge my father but they are like brutes we can't by saying
U can take him home on your own risk.. they made my father more ill day by day and gave him slow death daily. Daily new infections, sepsis shock because if a long stay in ICU but just because of money they never left him. On 10 Jan 2020 doctor said his condition not good anytime kuchh bhi ho Sakta h. I went to.meet him as ICU time at 6.30 pm I shocker to see him in that condition they put him on a full control mode ventilator and he was suffering from fever and partly unconscious. I tried to communicate him but he couldn't as he became unable to write since 6 Jan
Neither we were able to speak nor write. ICU 10 made him sicker, weaker, extreme loss of body mass, he became just a skeleton n bedridden

In daily counseling they just don't have anything to say .. just say today tlc, creatine, bp, and kept saying just wait n watch. They knew everything but didn't convey anything
ICU doctors are too harsh Dr. Mozmil, Dr. Jagdish, Dr. Anshul, Dr. Sagar, etc.
All were too blunt and non-supportive
All doctors are junior and non-skilled and non-experienced. They gave my father very hard and strong medicines and wrong treatment which he couldn't bear and getting destroyed
11 Jan 2020 we got a call and they said come fast patient is getting worsen we reached ICU 20 and saw him in very bad condition after 15 min doctor cane n said he's no more.
I lost my father forever, we need him badly
Nothing can fulfill our loss.
ITS MY REQUEST TO EVERYONE PLS PLS PLS DON'T GO TO MEDANTA HOSPITAL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KILL YOUR LOVED ONES.
In these two months my father suffered like a hell in hospital, we suffered mentally like hell as we were seeing him dying daily but unable to do anything, we tried him t come out of that killer hospital but no hospital has a vacant bed and finally doctors come killers made him died.
MAY GOD SAVE ALL FROM THIS HOSPITAL.
