Dear Dr. Trehan,
I am your patient for the last18 yrs when you were in other hospitals and now in medanta.
as advised I am undergoing EHC every year and show the result to your team Dr. alloted by you.(Dr S.Mittal).
This time, when I went for EHC on 21st of May-16, I find there is lack of interest in handling the patient.They were not allowing time to put off the sleeper/shoes or put on the cloths properly after ECG or ultrasound. some of the places, they were insisting for another test ei-at Ultrasound they were insisting for CECT as because last time it was also held but this time it was not recommended.Similarly Mr. Fotedar was insisting for TMT only and not ready for strss ecco- the reason as I understand was to complete the patients before lunch time.
The behaviour of some of the staff was also not co-operative.
The Dr allotted to me has also seen the reports very casually, first he did not saw the stress Eco report and prescribed continuance of medicine but on my insistence he saw the report and said ok.
so I request you to kindly develop the behavioural attitude of staff and while taking test there should not be any thing such which create a feeling that staffs are interested only to complete their patient list without taking care the quality of test.
lastly charges- In society a feeling is being develop that Medanta is charging too much and have develop a way for minting money by recommending the tests not required.
