I was admitted to medanta for my heart surgery back in 2014. It is not easy to get an appointment with Medanta doctors. But luckily I got mine with one of the renowned doctor of cardiology department, Dr Balbir singh.
The hospital is very well maintained . The outside area is beautifully maintained with flower and garden where people can sit and relax. Inside the building, it is beautiful. Doesn't feel like a hospital. There are eateries as well from KFC to Ccd and many more .
Coming to the wards and ICU they are good and also everyday cleaned . Dieticians come and ask you about your diet and give u a proper diet till the time you will be admitted .
Every three hours they will feed you with some meals . And food is hygienic. They take good care of you.
It is a bit expensive compared to other hospitals in Delhi and Gurgaon
As the saying goes everything has its own flaws, even medanta has.
The staff there are good and hard working but for me when I was admitted in ICU, the second day nurse, who was allotted to me was very rude and didn't even show up when required to do my daily necessities.
But overall a good hospitality served .ot
