For the last 4 months I am purchasing medicines regularly from this on-line pharmacy. During these interactions with this On-Line Pharmacy I observed that they have almost all medicines, prompt service, quick home delivery and very good customer support.
The price of course is 15% less than the price prevailing in the nearby medical shop in our locality. The main attraction with them is they offer straightaway 15% discount on the Bill. There is also another option to convert this 15% to 30% if we avoid this cash discount and instead prefer for other Reward points and purchase grocery items with these reward points, this way we would get 30%. The main advantages are we would be getting the medicines at our home at the earliest, and of course we are paying less 15% OR 30% as narrated above. Their on line address is https://medplusmart.com.
The negative side I experienced with this on line pharmacy is for redumption of flexi-points. For the accumulated flexi points I ordered for a Bread toaster on 01st February and even after 3 weeks I have not received the item. Several times I contacted their customer care. They informed that they have already placed the item with the supplier on 3rd February and I am in the queue(165th member). If that be the case I won't get this item in the near future.
Hence I feel their flex I redemption is not in active process and it is time consuming process. Their is no co-ordination between their suppliers and the customer support team and for delay in delivery they are also least concerned. Hence I won't recommend this flexi reward programme. Instead go for direct discount.
