I was looking at their Mebelkart on different sites for a shoe rack, and decided to order it . I placed my order on 04-05-16 and opted payment method as COD, since it was first time I was buying on Mebelkart.
The Order ID is 1002769970, and it was showing that Ship Timeline: Sat, 7th May - Tue, 10th May, but today is 11th May and the order status is same, then I call up their customer support to know the status of my order and after making 5 attempts over 4 hours I finally able to speak to one of their executive, and she had no idea whey my order has not been shipped, and she put me on hold to check with their concern dept. and came up with a surprising reply that they are having some vendor issue, and it may take another 7-10 working days to ship the product and that too is not sure.
Thank GOD, I chosen COD as payment option, so at least my money is safe, I suggest MS readers not to buy any product from this website, and if you still find something exclusive, please do pay in advance, pay only by COD.
One serious note to Mebelkart that why you are promoting a product which you don't have in stock for shipping and you have issues with the supplier, trust me if you continue like this, you will be no where, very soon.
