Now that we've seen the shocking fat and sodium content, let's talk about taste. The Big Mac is great! I used to eat these all the time in my teens. Who knew better? Did it taste good? Darn right it did. Does it still taste good? Yes, yes it does.....however, I'd consider something else after looking at these numbers. A healthy sub comes to mind. Do I still grab the ''D'' every now and then? Yep...sure do. Anything in large quantities is probably not good for you. So take it easy on the fast food.
