Never ever I have spent a rupee on unhealthy food stuff in my lifespan.
Being a fitness conscious I know what I am eating.Calorie count is utmost important so as to avoid lifestyle diseases at a later stage of life.
Recently I happen to experience the fast food of Mc D at their ludhiana outlet.I had got free coupons from my friend,so decided to give it a try.
I chose sunday as my visiting day as this will give me a good idea of the managerial skills of the staff deployed at the outlet which happens to get crowded on weekends.
Time of visit was chosen as 10:00 AM as it is the opening time of the outlet.
So,as to see if they use fresh veggies or the left over of the yesterdays.
Now I am going to put light on each aspect of this eatery.I hope you will also enjoy reading it.
Location & How to reach:-
This Mc D outlet is located on Ludhiana-Ferozpur National Highway no-95.Just after crossing the Aarti cinema(going towards ferozpur side) one will reach there.It is housed on the ground floor of Ansal Plaza.
Timings:-
It starts operation at 10:00 AM till 11:00 PM at night.
Staff:-
It is well trained & courteous.They all know how to talk to the customers and how to handle any kinda of query.
Ambience:-
Its just like any other fast food joint with plane jane furniture without cushions, LCDS all over for advertisments.Floor area nicely wiped out & without any kind of stains or scattered rubbish.
Menu:-
Comprises of veg as well as non veg items as well as beverages & desserts.(Mc Alloo tikkis to Mc Chicken,Mc Veggies,Chicken Nuggets,Salsa Wraps)
Pricing:-
It is pocket friendly starts from 25 INR to Mc D happy meals 120 INR.Excluding Taxes.
Food:-
The quality of the food is upto the mark with international standards,each burger is handled with hands well washed & covered with plastic handgloves gloves,People engaged in making & serving had good personal hygenic status with nails cut & hair cut short as well as covered so as to avoid food
contamination with hair fall.
Nutritional Information:-
It is a big shortcomming in Mc Donalds' as the consumers visiting the fastfood joint are from the upper middle class & upper crust of the society which are health conscious,so each item served should mention the amount of calories it carries & possible health problems if consumed in large quantity.Non veg items should be cooked seperately as contamination can lead to allergies in those who are sensitive to it.
Verdict:-
In the end I would like to conclude that if you are desperate to have a go at the fast food and have no other option left then only one should give it a try .Otherwise McD food is a no match in terms of quality & nutrition if we compare it with the traditional Indian Authentic food which has a rich aroma & herbs with medicinal qualities in it ,to make your life much longer n healthier .......
