First of all I want to tell that I have been eating burgers of MC Donald's since five years and I don't have any complaint against the food.
But yes, I have complains against the workers and the staff.
The thing which I don't like is their staff members. They are so careless.
Recently I went to MC D in Manimajra and ordered five burgers with five cokes.
I had a thousand rupees note and gave it to them. They gave back the note and told that they don't have the change and told me to go and get the change. This is not the way to behave with their customers. Then I somehow arranged the change and gave it to them.
Then they made me waited for at least twenty minutes which is such careless of them.
When the order was complete, I went to pick up the tray and found five burgers with five french fries.
I aggressively told them that I ordered five cokes not five french fries. Then they said no sir you ordered french fries not five cokes. And they started proving me wrong.
Then I took The burgers and french fries. After five minutes they called me and said to my order of the cokes.
And told me to pay extra. I didn't even ordered the coke.
This proved their attitude towards their customers.
The food which is served is GOOD. NOT BAD.
The flavor was good but the burgers which they served were not too hot.
They didn't even played the music and they had a lot of attitude in them.
They speed of the service is not good.
I don't think so that reservations in such types of restaurants should be necessary unless their is a birthday party.
If the reservations are not accepted then the person has to wait unless the tables are vacant.
