Macdonald's is still the #1 fast food chain in the usa that's guaranteed to clog ur arteries & make u fat. But lo & behold, they have been changing their menu. Due to increased criticism of their food from nutrionists & health concious people alike, mickey d's has introduced 3 new salads that are guaranteed to get u thinner in 2 weeks!


Unless u've been living in a cave, the latest & most successful diet trend in america is the atkins diet. Its a diet that requires u to eat all the meat & veggies that u want BUT absolutely NO carbohydrate foods like rice, potatoes, pasta, carrots (even tho its a vegetable, its still starchy).


Desi food has loads of fatteniung calories that's really hard to lose weight on a mainly vegetarian diet. The atkins revolution has affected the american fast food pallete because mickey d's now offers the california cobb salad which is very atkins friendly.


Its a delicious mix of greens, chicken & the most yummy salad dressings u can imagine. only 2 are realy atkins friendly. The cobb salad dressing & the vinegarette. You have ur choice of grilled chicken or crispy (dont get crispy coz its fried in oil). I get the grilled chicken & I ask for no croutons. The chiken ceasar is also good but the dressing can be fattening so limit urself to cobb dressing or vinegarette.


Now heres the test - do this 4 2 weeks sraight & & u will see the pounds shedding. I do realize that it can get tiresome to eat the same 2 things everyday but u dont have to eat mickey d's.


You can formulate ur very own eating plan as long as you understand these 3 simple rules :


*1) NO CARBS!!! NO RICE, NOODLES, BREAD, CHAPATI, SAMOSA, POTATOES, DHAAL, NAAN, SQUASH, CARROTS, AND RICE.


2) EAT LOTS OF MEATS LIKE FISH, CHICKEN, AND TURKEY.
