Specific to location: Himalaya mall, Ahmedabad
This is one of the 3-4 Mc Donalds in the city of Ahmedabad .It is the most recent and definitely the worst.
The French fries which are a MC Donalds trademark anywhere around the world, are perpetually stale at this particular outlet. I wouldnt be surspised if they are refried while serving . But somthing is definiltely wrong with the fries here- during all my 5 visits since it opened.
All Mc Donalds in Ahmedabad do not have Non-Veg food ready, so one has to always wait for atleast 15 mins. But here, one not only waits but the Fish-o-fillet burger happened to be undercooked and raher stale.
The service is unlike any other outlet- sad and uninterested. Upon confronting the staff about the stale burger, one doesnt even get to hear a sorry. Thankfully, there was atleast a replacement, which wasnt any fresher than the previous!
All in all, the "happy" image that this chain is associated with, just doesnt come across here. One really understands : "How wrong can one actually go with a tried and tested formula of Mc Donalds!"
Highly avoidable!
