Trust me, these packed veggie fingers are not at all healthy if you are deep frying them. I tried making them in microwave, non stick tawa so that less oil is consumed but they were not crispy at all. Then I had to deep fry them and It was like as if I am drinking oil.
Moreover, 4-5 pieces are usually crushed in each pack no matter how carefully you choose the packets. After opening packet if we do not consume it within few days, then they become smelly. They do not tastes as fresh fingers. Please avoid eating such kind of food.
