Maybelline is a good brand for eye-liners, I personally use it myself it till date. Once such incident made me realise that these eye-liners are of good quality is when I had to go to a party and while we were riding on the bike, Heavy rains poured in, I was upset thinking my face was ruined as the eye-liners I used before used to just slide down my face when the water touches it.
But to my surprise the eye-liner stayed put and didnt make a mess! Thanks to maybelline for providing such good quality. Its a must have product for all women.
