If this product is meant to be used as a balm, it fails because it dries out the lips the moment it comes off. That is, it has no lasting impact. If it is meant to be used as lip color it fails again, because it smudges excessively.
The problem is that this product requires too many swipes before it actually gives good color, and the multiple layers because of this smudge all over the mouth. Also, it gives a very separated feeling, not making the lips soft, but feeling like a creamy layer over the lips. Other products work much better in this respect.
I purchased this product because it was recommended to me. I liked it for sometime, but then it stopped showing much of an impact.
I would not recommend this product because besides its drawbacks, I also find it overpriced, and something much better can come at a reasonable price. I think it does not require improvement, rather a complete revision.
