I had booked my tickets(4 Nos) online at mayajaal, East Coast Road, Chennai (mayajaal.com) on 24th Dec. and 25th Dec for a show on 27th Dec. Since the system was returning an error every time I booked the tickets, I had to repeat the booking 7 times.
However I later found out that all the bookings had gone through and my account was debited with Rs. 560/ seven times. Later a representative of Mayajaal called up to check if I wanted all 7 bookings. On telling him that I only wanted one booking, he cancelled the remaining bookings. However I find that my account has not been credited for the full amount.
There are two more transactions yet to be reversed. I have followed up on numerable occasions by visiting Mayajaal and calling them up. I have met their Manager Meenakshi Sundaram and their systems person Vijay. However till date I have not received the refund. There are evasive replies or the people become non-reachable.
