I had the misfortune of purchasing a replacement touch screen from Maxbhi for my mobile phone, and it turned out to be a colossal waste of time, money, and patience. The product I received was defective right out of the box, and the touch screen stopped working after a mere day of usage, leaving me completely frustrated and dissatisfied.
Upon discovering the issue, I promptly reached out to Maxbhi's customer service, hoping for a smooth replacement process as they proudly claim an easy replacement process on the website. To my utter dismay, my request for a replacement was flatly denied by the unhelpful and apathetic representatives. What baffles me the most is the audacity of Maxbhi to print a 3-month warranty on the screen combo sticker when they fail to honor it in any way. It's nothing short of misleading and deceptive advertising, which leaves customers like me feeling cheated and betrayed.
As if this ordeal wasn't enough, I had no choice but to visit a local shop to purchase the same replacement part again. Unfortunately, it cost me slightly more, but at least the local shop provided me with the peace of mind of a genuine 3-month warranty. It's truly shocking that a supposedly reputable company like Maxbhi couldn't even stand behind their own product.
I strongly advise against buying any cheap products from Maxbhi, as it will inevitably lead to frustration, wasted money, and unnecessary hassle. Their blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is evident in the defective products they sell and the dismal customer service they offer.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid Maxbhi at all costs. Invest in a reliable and trustworthy vendor, even if it means spending a little more upfront. In the long run, you'll end up saving yourself from the headache of dealing with a company that clearly doesn't care about its customers. Steer clear of Maxbhi, and thank me later.
