I, resident in Delhi, had purchased 2 MIPS Policies in my name, from Max New York Life Insurance in 2012. I was informed on phone by the company agent that I would get good discounts on premium, if I purchased a 3rd MIPS Policy . Accordingly, I purchased a 3rd MIPS Policy for which 2 premium - of 2012 and 2013, have been paid till date.
However, till date I have not received any discount( supposed to be paid back in my bank account) . I have written applications and contacted Complaint Department of the company through e-mail, for cancelling the 3 MIPS and refund of paid up premium.
