I feel this review is:
They are just doing business with our money. They are cheaters. They just don't claim your insurance no matter how critical is the situation of the patient. After all of this year since I started to premium. Now it looks like I waste my money on this com[pany. I will go do some serious action against this company because just because of there did not claim the insurance my mother could have died. And the staff are also very rude and did not cooperate with me.
