Very Bad Experience with MAX Life Insurance

I have two policies with Max Life [1. Smart Express (Growth) : 784179129 and Smart Invest Pension: 783845845 ]. I had closed smart express (growth) three months and it was delayed due to completion of three years. At the same I submitted HDFC  bank cancelled check. Present I am staying at hyderabad but I provided my native address for these policies.


I cannot understand why this max life people transfer money to my submitted HDFC Bank account rather than simply sent check to my native address. Previously I have good experience with ICICI Prudential. What is Max life problem. One more problem I faced with Max life is still I am not received Smart Invest Pension policy document.This is very bad experience.


I would not recommend anyone to buy any product from a company which do not understand the value of hard earned money of the customers.
