I have the policy that is 18 months old, premium is paid through ECS.
The premiums that are paid for last six months have not been applied for the policy, if you call their helpdesk no one will have any information about the the missing premium.
Apart from their for their ULIP they charge you 40% as the administration charges which way. way.more than the other companies like ICICI Pru Life.
You log in to their website, your policy will be in "Surrendered" status, you call their help desk they say taht is the default status:-)
They never remind you for the policy premium payment, they never remind you for the ECS that failed.
In total WORST company.
