I had surrendered my policy number 779275791 on May 6, 2015 at 12.00 PM. Please find attached the acknowledgement slip for the same.Declared NAV value was 43.50 the day I surrendered and it was before 3.00 PM as per your policy but the total amount that I have received is Rs.11, 89, 506.41 instead of Rs.12, 15, 060.88.
Why did you do that? This is a fraud that you are doing to the customers. I even got the printout of the total fund value from your Noida store and I was assured that 12, 15, 060.88 was the amount that I would receive but you people cut it down by Rs.25, 554.47. I want my balance money immediately which I rightly deserve or I would be filing a case with the consumer court. This is very nonprofessional from your side and for such a reputed Company. Please transfer the balance amount of Rs. 25, 554.47 immediately
