The Service of MNYL has improved as compared to before. The products are the best as compared to other companies. The best thing is its very transparent. If the customer takes the plan looking into the illustration, he should not have any problem in future. Misselling is common in all companies.
I will advice everyone to take plans from direct distribution channels. Also, if u see the performance, their funds are rated best as per outlook money. What else does customers expect. I have 3 plans from MNYL: Term Plan, Pension Plan and ULIP. I would rate this company far better compared to other companies across industry if u check in depth on all factors. I also have suggested MNYL to other friends of mine and there are atleast 10 of mu friends who are with MNYL. I have been a customer sunce last 3.2 years and rate them really well.
