MNYL(Max New York Life Insurance Ltd), you know it with the name of "Max Life Insurance Co Ltd.", I have more than 10 years of experience but compared to other companies experience, I can say that "Max" is the best place to work.
A big company's survey, which is involved in doing companies survey, they gave 1st Rank to "Max" in term of "Employee Satisfaction" and best remuneration payer. Annually you get Bonus base on your performance in June or July. Other benefits like BRE(Business Related Expenses) they added in your salary, you can also buy Assets(Base on Band or level).
The job is secure here and you get full freedom to work, until or unless you would not break any policy of the company.
The appraisal is done once in a year, and it depends on your performance, but as I was the part of "HR", I can say, it's from 10% to 50%(it may vary in performance and promotion).
Since you get full freedom to work and you can implement your innovation and ideas to improve your work quality and make your work smooth, it's my personal experience that you will not get such Work environment in other places.
I would put Max CEO in no 1, the way they all able to make such environment in Max. If anyone gets the chance to join this company, my suggestion to join immediately.
