Year 2017 I purchase maxlife policy Annual premium of 1lakh rupees and 6 yrs policy payment need to be done . Year 2022 ..I been need of funds badly moment I came for vacation I requested Agents to start processing Surrender of my policy ..and transfer the funds to my NRE account .
from Axis bank side there''''s a delay of 15 days and then 15 days delay from Maxlife agent work in Axis bank.
now Surrender process is already done I received the mail stating the surrendered funds will be transferred to my NRE Ac within 24-48 hours..
26th July I received the email but till now funds not been transferred to my NRE Account ..None of the people are responding from MAXLIFE ..
I think everyone should be beware of this kind of products and I a have doubt on Maxlife ..I am planning to go for consumer court ..when I inform this issue to my brother .his policy also same 6 months now after the closure procedure ..
