My mother had low sodium and potassium levels resulting in paralysis like situation. She was showing the symptoms for past few weeks and was under max Dr.
He was unable to recognize the symptoms and as a results was admitted to ICU for 2 days.In two days they performed dozens of test but were unable to find reason why the levels dropped so much in my mother body.
Even the Dr. used to check the ICU patients after OPD one.As test were going on, my mother was admitted in normal ward for another 2 days.
She was transferred without informing us.We find out that she is transferred to normal ward after 1hr.Normal ward nurse and other staff is very irresponsible. Never come on one call .Have to call 5-6 times. Even after 4 days MAX Dr.s were not able to find the reason and tell us all possibilities that are available on net.
Not sure even after discharging and 4day long treatment whether my mother will suffer low sodium and potassium levels in near future or not.
