I am a Bangalorean and love everything about this city. I have never been to MTR before. Today was my nightmare. Reached the bleeding place at 1:15 PM because someone insisted. I had an aged mother who cant climb stairs and a small Baby of 2 years and my wife.
All hungry and ready to eat. We sacrificed some great places on the way. The BAS%@T$Ds. First, we stood in line for some 20 mins to buy the "ticket". The stench of human flesh is directly proportional to the lack of any air and also hunger. It was like adding to the fuel when you met the ass&^le cashier from hell. the Dud(e) with the attitude. "1Hour waiting" is all he says. Such Cheek from a guy who refuses to answer any questions after stiffing you for Rs. 375 for three people. I clenched my teeth and bore the humiliating BAS%@T$D! Then I was told to come back after an Hour!
God damn it man. then he said go upstairs and "entry maadi". I asked him what is that for.then another archaic henchman with one foot in the grave joined him in punishing me. Fu$%^in hell it was my worst nightmare come true. I was told I am asking too many questions. I stopped short of taking photos. I pushed and shoved to reach the top floor. Lo and Behold.another sea of flesh. all shoving the "ticket" into another antique b@stard. Then the unthinkable. He just copies the details thats already on the "ticket" back on the "ticket".
The Nerve of these hyped up tight asses. Already its 145. I snake my way back to the ground floor and was shocked to see the huge door being slammed onto incoming customers. They then put a huge padlock on the door. Cant go out. I lost complete sanity at this stage. I asked for a refund. Apparently thats a big insult to these cu&%nts. They refused to call the manager. I suppose he was busy fu%$in other customers. I finally had sell my " ticket" to another dick whose drool I could see on both corners of his mouth. WTF is in this place. I left and went to another place hungry. Damned if I go back.
Please understand that this is place has NOTHING around it. Its all the hype they create thats getting people to behave like swarms. We are NOT sheep. AND we are customers. Is there no law against treating people like that? its not Russel Peters in there.they are lowly creatures who dish out crap to idiots standing in long queues. We are not refugees. We Demand customer service. I wish they would raid that place for tax evasion or something and help us all.
