I would give this place zero stars if I could! Mauritius Island wants you to think it is a peaceful and serene place to have a great time. They are deceitful. The Mauritious Society for Animal Welfare(MSAW) goes around capturing dogs and and taking them to Port Louis where they keep as many as 20 dogs locked in a pen. They go in and forcefully detain the dogs and administer leathel injection right into their hearts with no anesthetic. Because of this they are dying a very slow and painful death.
