I was a regular customer of Matrix. Not anymore. I had travelled to Uganda and I was not told that its not a local number but would be routed through UK. For 4 days in Uganda I paid a bill of INR 10, 000!!!
For the Bill, I had to call them a hundred times, before I got any response. And for Hong Kong, even after I returned the SIM, they kept on calling to return the SIM and directly charged my credit card for non-return of SIM. Beware before you give your card number and signature to them. They can deduct any amount at any point of time before intimating you.
