This is one big mistake I did in my life time.. I bought a there service for 7 days while traveling abroad and it changed my life into hell. They charged me whopping 60, 000/- to my credit card company before even sending me a bill for a stupid phone+internet service overseas which I barely used.
On asking they replied the service was on all the time whether u use it or not and we billed you for the same. And when I tried to explain that there sales representative assured me it gonna cost me Rs. 700/- they refused saying that he might have told you the wrong plan. BULLSHIT. These M...F.... kneweverythingand they arerunninga good business like this once f..... what can you do ... Right you can file a case and write reviews like this.. but trust meavoidinggetting into this is the best thing you can do.
IMPORTANT - IF YOU NEED A CELLPHONE ABROAD.. CARRY YOU OWN ....PLUS GOOGLE FOR THE OTHER OPTIONS... EVERY COUNTRY HAS PREPAID PHONE AVAILABLE THERE ON VERY CHEAP RATES AND EVERY MAJOR PLACES HAS FREE OR A VERY NOMINAL WI FI TO CHECK YOU EMAILS.
ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN IN AN ADVERTISEMENT MANNER SO IT MEANS THEY ARE POSTED BY THE COMPANY.... SAVE YOURSELF FROM HELL.
