I feel this review is:
On a recent trip to Scotland with my mom we used a matrix sim card to stay connected with daddy. When we landed in UK the number wasn’t working properly so we waited for an hour or so until we decided to call the customer care. I have to appreciate them for being extremely honest by telling us that the number would only work within 3 hours due to some issues with the network itself. When we tried again after 3 hours the number was working fine. These guys even called us to check if everything was OK or not. Great customer team. Much appreciated.
