Last year I visited this place. The Mathur Aqueduct is one of its kind, at least in India. In a layman's language, its a bridge connecting 2 hills and is used to transport water b/w the 2 hills. The height of the bridge is over 100 ft, so people having Acrophobia better stay away. In terms of architecture it's definitely worth, but the management of the place is questionable as it seems to give the tourist a raw deal. The price of parking is more than 10 times the cost of the entry fee. That too for just parking the vehicle in the available space, no special arrangements done, the parking fee definitely loots the tourist. So in my opinion as a tourist attraction there is nothing special about this place. Just good for walking over the bridge.
