Mathematics by R.D Sharma is one of the most popular reference book in Mathematics for students of Senior and Senior Secondary level.
I used R.D Sharma's book during class 11 & 12. It has all the necessary topics covered in good detail. Each Topic is divided into further sub-topics and many examples are provided in each topic to make the students understand the topic in detail. After each topic and chapter, there are various exercises and questions to practice. I found topics like Vectors, Trigonometry etc very useful through this book.
The book is a great resource for all students of the Secondary and Senior secondary level. The book is written in an simple and is easy to understand. Apart from Exercise for Academics, there are also questions for various Competitive exams like Olympiads, NTSE and even IIT-JEE, which can be very useful.
Also, the author gives a brief introductory-paragraph for each and every sub-topic, which give the student a basic idea of what the topic is going to be about. In the end of the chapters, a detailed summary is given and important formulas are listed. The book is upgraded according to the latest standards regularly.
The book is highly useful for CBSE students. Recommend it to all.
