I've rad few reviews about Maruti Zen but I am sorry, my experience with Maruti Zen (New model launched in 2004 early) is very BAD. There are lots of problems I am facing from last 3 years. I bought in April
2004, the very 3rd month after buying, it started giving problems with Brakes Disc, Shokkers and Steering. And till now my car gone to Maruti workshop for 14 times and they changed the above mentioned parts again
and again but not able to solve the problem permanently.
Maruti Udyog is having only One Formula to solve vehicle problems..." Just change the parts if its under warrenty and start charging after 2 years for same problem and sapre parts when warrenty is over. this way, they cover the cost of repair and Parts, they have changed during warrenty". even they dont respond after several reminders. Below mail is self explainatory. So next time before buying Maruti cars THINK AGAIN !

With reference to my earlier complaints
from the very begning after buying this car and my last communication
with Maruit after sales services, I am sorry to say that the same
problem occured again in my vehical even after BIG ASSURANCES given by
Maruti Regional Engineers/Managers... that the same problem would not
occure again. There is a vibration in Disc Brakes and some noise in
Steering AGAIN ( The same parts are being replaced by Maruti several
times from the very begning after I bought this vehicle) I am not able
to understand why it is happening again and again and now I am losing
trust in Maruti vehicles. Pl look into the issue urgently as issue is
related to Brakes and could be a Risk for Life. All the problems
reported/services done at DD Motors; Maya Puri/Wazirpur Delhi till date.
