I bought my black color Zen Estilo from TR Sawhney on August 30th'08. I regret my choice of dealer till date. With the car amount, I paid for the accessory kit which has couple of necessary accessories like mud flaps, carpets, divinity, car perfume etc. They gave me half of that stuff promising to give other half in 2 days. I kept on following up but there was no response.
My 2nd mistake was when I gave my car for first service. There were no scratches etc. on my car as it was very new and I had not driven it too much. Neither was there a mention of scratches on the job card. However, when I went to collect my car, it did not look like my car.
First, there were scratches everywhere, white scratches on black car (like someone had used a compass on it). My crystal ganesha was missing from the car and the car was dirty, it had grease marks everywhere.
They apologized and refused to do anything about it. I was so shattered. Being a woman, I tried to raise my voice as much but they wudnt hear and their staff actually started mis-behaving. They gave me my left-over accessories and said - aise toh ho jaata hai!
I launched a complaint at Maruti Customer service and they gave me a complaint no. - 828887. But, nothing has been done in last 15 days. I am left holding my car, which doesnt look new anymore..
I am not facing any problems in the vehicle but for all you decision-makers, please avoid TR Sawhney as much as possible.
About the car, I think it has an average mileage, looks good on the road and has comfortable interiors. It is spacious enough to accommodate 4 people and has good leg room. I am totally in awe of the beige color interiors which look ultra-cool. There is enough space to keep your little stuff, like a mug, phone, some wafers etc. I personally think that its a great choice for any girl who wants to hit the road.. she will certainly like all small cabinets...
