I bought my "BILLY" VXi model car in Mar 2007 with pearl silver color. Its over 2 years now with 23000 Kms and 3 free services +1 paid service done. Its a nice cute car easy to handle traffic in city limits especially at Bangalore.
During my 4 service at Bimal, I received the my car with the bumper paints removed at some portions. When I asked the service guy, he said due to the hard wash spraying, the loose paint got removed. I argued with him to provide a free fresh paint coat to my front bumper, but they refused to do. I spoke with their manager, but he says that during my previous service, the paint must have been coated, but never I have given for painting work!
Kindly suggest what I need to do, as I have got my car back to home, with my front bumpers with patchy black stings.
