I have been using WagonR Vxi since last 21 months and driven 30000 KMs in Bangalore (I drive 50Kms everyday from Jayanagar to ITPL) and I’m satisfied with my car. At the time when I had planned to buy a car, I took many days to decide between Santro and WagonR. But now I’m satisfied with WagonR compared to Santro.
It gives 15-16 kms mileage with AC (full tank to full tank), Other features that I felt most in WagonR are, space inside, braking system, smooth drive, good seating position, adjustable split rear seats which can make long trips more comfortable, good road performance.
The drawbacks are 1) reverse gear slipping 2) not very happy with dealer Sagar Automobiles 3) I had to spend Rs. 3200.00 to replace clutch set @ 22000 KMs. As per dealer, wear and tear of clutch depends on how we drive. I disagree with this and I feel this is a manufacturing problem.
Except these I’m happy with my WagonR.
