Just to inform all that the Wagon R DUO is a great environment friendly car. When the car runs on
LPG , I sometimes have to press the accel to check if the car is on or off. Belive me -its noiseless.
The performance too has been fine. Had gone to Lonavala once - where it returned a milegae of
14-16 kmpl. This was before the 1st servicing. The Electronic Power Steering is just superb. Iam having realfun driving this car in city. I never thought controllig a car can be that easy in traffic conditions.
I had installed car alarm system ( Silicon ) for a know dealer.
Q: I have a Query to my Fellow friends :
" I have got the Emission Malfunction Light ( next to the hot/cold meter) on 3 occassions in the past month. The first time I went to the service station , the mech just opened the dicky door and the Emission light vanished. The 2nd time it appeared - I gave the car for 1st servicing and asked the mech to go deep into this to find out. They could not find any problem or reason. They just reseted the memory to make the malfunction light disappear. Today I got this Malfunction Light ( emission control system ) again. Now this has stared annoying me and also worrying me. Iam not sure if such a thing has happende to anyone else in this forum. I will be going to the service station today evening.
If any member has experienced such conditions - Please letme know why this happened as iam not into the Tech aspects of car. I generally believe what the Mech or supervisor tells me.
