I have a 2015 Wagon R Lxi, and have been clocked approximately 25000 Km. I have to say I am extremely happy with the performance of the vehicle. One should not expect a Wagon R to run like a Swift or a Hyundai Accent, which are of a different segment, but it will satisfy based on what it promises.
I have driven the vehicle three times from Bangalore to Kerala with my family and have no complaints.
The good points:

The new K series engine, though comes with only about 800 cc, is a beast. The acceleration of the car is really great with the AC turned Off. However, it is not bad with the AC turned ON too if you shift gears appropriately. It gives me about 22 km/l on highways with AC. The vehicle gives enough power to overtake vehicles even in narrow roads if you change gears appropriately.
The service centers are available everywhere and the quality of service is amazing. In Bangalore, the feedback is taken very seriously.
The car is spacious. It has excellent leg room in both from and rear seat area. The upright seating position is excellent. The seats are high which adds on to comfortable ride. The build-in music system is also good.

The luggage space is small. Very difficult to carry luggage when traveling long distance with family
