Stay away from maruti suzuki unless you are going for a swift / ritz / alto. These are some of the reliable cars by maruti suzuki.
On the first day I purchased maruti suzuki wagon R, I found it to be having defects in the exhaust system giving out weird noise. I took it to the dealer and they just started cheating and atlast I got it solved by the dealer permanently after 4 months back using some iron welding instead of replacement.
They are the real cheat. My next car will never be from maruti suzuki. All popular indian brands cheat customers harshly. Shame on maruti suzuki which claims itself as the most preferred brand in India having no value for customers. In bhubaneswar, there are dealers who even deny to provide bill after spare purchase and one has to argue several times with them for this.
They pet local goondas in the showroom and workshop.
Stay away... unless it's swift / ritz / alto ...
