Maruti Udyog has let the consumers down.
Not many may know but the company has failed miserably to make deleiveries of the Swift despite taking Rs 50,000 advance for preferential deliveries. Even on date, dealers can give no commitment of delivery dates - for booking made 6-8 weeks ago while news of the cars being available in BLACK - for an additional premium, continue to trickle in..... and my EMIs have already started.
The so called Sales team of Swift - meant to provide lifelog support have now stopped showing up or responding to calls. If cornered - there are evasive replies that lead to nothing .....
Thank you Maruti - for taking us on a ride - but it doesnt work that way. I'm taking a Hyundai Getz home in two days!!
TIME TO END ALL THE HYPE AND GET BACK TO WORK. MUL CAN KEEP ITS GOOD TECHNOLOGY TO ITSELF IF IT CANNOT DELIVER.......WE DONT NEED HYPE AND TECHNOLOGY .......WE NEED A CAR FOR THE HARD EARNED MONEY.....
