I went to a Maruti outlet in Spectra, Mumbai with my friend and we had a test drive of Maruti Swift. The car is really wonderful, the car more or less looks like Mini Cooper, I instantly booked the Solid Bright Red car.
I will be getting the car somewhere in first or second week of July.
Few days back I heard from someone that, Maruti is claiming Swift having average of 12-13 KM per litre. However Maruti Swift is actually giving average of 8 KM per litre.
One of my other friends also heard the same thing, that Maruti Swift actually has average of 8KM per litre. The car does seem to have good power and there are talks about it having the esteem engine but am not sure if the average is as good as the esteem. Please help me in confirming the same.
Does any one know actually what the on road average of Maruti Swift is?
