First love, swift ahead. Review on Maruti Suzuki Swift

After 10000 kms of love shared between us , I think my partner and me are very happy with each other. The deal here is that love is the cake that you share and not have all alone. So that is what we do.Swift is a demanding car. It need petrol, it needs timely service, and then what it gives you in return completely hassle free world of swift ownership. Well I have clocked just over 10000 on my car and I must say that I have not even had a puncture in these tubeless beauties, that seem to be extravagantly long lasting. Since I had no expenses on it at all I went for a feww facial tweaks like installing a new customized rear bumper and a spoiler giving it a more personalized touch. So before felling in love with swift I had an eye out for every other hatchback thereis and had a crush on the new i10 back then.

The new girl in town was afterall good looking, with its own charm, beagle eyed with a nice grille and damper. Even SRK had his dibs on her. Though the backs were a bit too odd in proportions for my taste, being flat and notihing curvy. Immediatly went in for the test drive, with the amazingly made console and soothing beige interiors with some really fine seats this was the car that convinced me, dude I need a car, my 800 is just too old. The next day went to maruti to checkout the estillo, fairly good looking, great pricing, and being a maruti I expected decent efficiency from this kiddo, and thats when my eyes first met the love of my life, yes you may say its everywhere on the road the road, but it doesn't go there with price tag on it. Starting from 4 .15 lakhs gawd that was just 10k higher than the i10 era.Which had just a pair of power windows more to offer but this one had unmatched style, performance and class going for it in the hatchback market of india. That's when I decided this is what is coming to my home even if it means I have to wait a bit more.

So after three whole months of all kinds of dreams with my swift I finally got one.Since love is so pure so is the colour, white. Yes after a lot of advices and review sessions I went for the vxi variant with ABS (not the six pack ones, for more details ask shahrukh khan), but since this will be my car for a long time now, I don't mind the extra money. Though it meant 35k more still this car is very low in terms of coast compared to the i10 kappa which is at par with prices of the swift diesel. But since there is no such thing as happily married life , so is mine. If it comes to taking my friends and my other so called social love in the backseat , it is tougher than being with your aunt. Oh! There no place for my legs, my head bangs everytime you hit a pothole, black is so dull, I wanna drive but the steering is not adjustable, bah! The doors vibrate due to bass from music system, only 13-15 kmpl, thats so less than the 800 imagine how many clothes I could have bought from that money, there is no screen at the back, even my friends indigo dicor has one, come on now who needs those.p.s.
