I am sanjay. I trust Maruti products.
I have purchased a Maruti Swift LXI in April 2007. As well as mileage is concerned I am lucky to get 15 Km. It was varied after 2nd servicing but was brought back after my complaint.
The worst thing I have come across the swift LXI model is the SUSPENSIONS. Some time even I feel that I am riding a bullock cart. I am just surprise to experience such type of suspension.
The vehicles sit suddenly when crosses the pit holes for rear side and when the vehicle cross a bump the front suspension makes a different noise as if it is hitting to its topmost portion
I have been complaining since my 1st servicing regarding the suspension. Today my 5th servicing is over but still I am not satisfied with the suspension. Even the Chowghule industries are trying to solve the problem by changing the struts of front suspension but are not succeeded in solving the problem. Even my rear suspensions may be seals have given its way. As compare the suspension of Alto, 800, zen etc are toooooooo good.
I hope the Maruti Udyog will solve my suspension problems and keep my trust in them.
Even I have suggested 2 of my friends to go for Swift and they have purchased but today after facing such problem I feel guilty about my recommendation.
