This is the perfect diesel car, i bought it 4 months back and iam extremely happy with the performance of this car, it is definately fuel efficient and has more power than any diesel car in its range.
I have got the average of 18 and somtimes even 20, the car does an easy 80 without you realising it.the car has decent space, very good rear space but space can be a problem for tall people at the back seat, the bigger wheels tend to absorb more potholes..
I love the design, its very unique, no other car is even close to the swift, the diesel car feels like a petrol car actually, i used to drive a tata indiso diesel and it used to take a lot of time to catch up speed and often used to make a lot of noise, the swift is silent, i even tried the skoda fabia but there is a lot of price difference and plus skoda maintenance is very expensive when compared to maruti, i believe in only one thing-respect the car and the car will respect you, anyways...
The car has good cubbyholes where u can store the cds, water bottles, etc, the boot is good enough, i love the power steering, you can just drive this car with a finger, its so smooth.the abs is good and iam glad it has one as this car can touch a 140, maybe more but thats the fastest I have gone.This car is definately value for money and is worth buying, also has a very good resale value.
